Our Delivery Policy

We use a courier service to deliver all our orders.

Our standard delivery charge for all New Zealand mainland addresses is $8.00.

Please note that the expected delivery times depend on the availability of your order, your location and acceptance of payment.  The delivery times are estimates based on the courier service we can not hold any responsibility for delays in delivery.

Should you not receive your courier package within 3-5 working days, please contact us on info@naturesborn.co.nz .

Payment

We accept online credit card payments, direct credit or cheque.  If you wish to pay via direct credit or cheque please email your order to info@naturesborn.co.nz.

Nature's Born uses Payment Express to securely complete credit card transactions and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars.

All credit card details are encrypted with 3DES protocol.

When making payment you will be directed to the Payment Express secure payment page.

Credit card transactions are processed online in real-time.  We do not keep your credit card details in any form after processing payment.

If you are paying by cheque, please note that cheques will be banked upon receipt therefore delivery make take an additional five working days to allow for payment to clear.

All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery if payment is declined. This also applies if a cheque does not clear.
Please note, once payment is made and order complete you will receive an electronic confirmation email.

Returns Policy

We feel confident that we stock products of the highest quality, however should you not be satisfied with your purchase we offer a returns policy.  If you wish to return any item, then please do so within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Unless the item is faulty, all items must be returned in original packaging, unused and with tags attached.

Refunds will be processed within 21 working days of the goods being received by us.  Unless good s are faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of postage. Please send all contact details with all returns.

At Nature's Born privacy is our priority.  We strive to keep your personal information confidential.  We will not release any of your personal information outside our organisation without your consent unless required to by law.  However, we do give shipping companies your information so they can deliver your items efficiently.  The information given is for delivery purposes only.

Washing Instructions

We recomment a 30 - 40 degree wash. Tumble dry on a low heat. Clothing may shrink up to 5%.

Why Organic Cotton?

Clothes made from organic cotton contain no chemicals or pesticides therefore won’t trigger allergic reactions in your baby’s sensitive skin.

What is Organic Cotton?

Most cotton farmers use chemicals and pesticides to get rid of bugs that may ruin their crops.  Organic cotton farmers use no nasty chemicals and pesticides they use alternative methods to control pests such as yeast and sour milk.
